To ensure the effectiveness of our services, you agree to:

  2. Grant us timely access to your website, analytics tools, or other resources required for SEO implementation.
  3. Review and approve deliverables within specified timelines.
  4. Refrain from modifying SEO-related changes made by Tusker Digital Media without prior consultation.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may impact the performance of our services.

4. Payment Terms

  1. Fees and Pricing: Service fees are determined based on the selected package (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise Tier). Pricing details are available on our Services page or in the service agreement.
  2. Payment Schedule: Payments are required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  3. Mode of Payment: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified in the invoice.
  4. Late Payments: A late payment fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue balances.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced. Exceptions may apply at our sole discretion.
  2. Cancellations: Clients must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance for cancellation of services. Unused portions of prepaid services will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Tusker Digital Media makes no guarantees regarding specific rankings, traffic, or sales improvements, as these depend on various external factors beyond our control.
  2. Under no circumstances will Tusker Digital Media be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  3. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services during the last 30 days prior to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, strategies, reports, and deliverables created by Tusker Digital Media remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full.
  2. You retain ownership of your website and existing content.

8. Confidentiality

Tusker Digital Media and the client agree to keep all proprietary information confidential, including but not limited to business details, analytics data, and strategies.

9. Termination of Services

  1. Tusker Digital Media reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to non-payment, breach of these terms, or unethical behavior.
  2. In the event of termination, clients are obligated to settle any outstanding payments for services rendered.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Amendments to Terms

Tusker Digital Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
